Package TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVING
PATRON AGREES TO THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH KEYSTONE CINEMAS, BIRTHDAY PACKAGES AS OUTLINED BELOW.
All party packages and / or room reservations must be made at least
one week prior to the scheduled event.
Birthday Parties will only be scheduled for dates and times that are
in accordance with KEYSTONE CINEMAS operating schedule. All parties
must be scheduled to start between 11:00am and 5:00pm any day of the
week. Special rates may apply to parties scheduled on holidays. Movie
with reserved seating will not apply to any feature that is scheduled
to start after 6:00pm.
Use of the party room and Party room rentals are conducted by an "on
the hour" basis with a two-hour limit.
All reservations must be made in person along with a CASH deposit
in the amount of $50.00 dollars paid at the time of the reservation.
Final payment for all Birthday Party Packages are due in full prior
to the start of any scheduled events and not later than the scheduled
date of the event. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES.
Acceptable forms of final payment includes and is limited to: cash,
personalized checks with appropriate identification, company / corporate
checks, or money orders. Final payment must be made in one (1) transaction
with one (1) payment type.
Cancellation of scheduled event must be made at least 48 hours in
advance in order to obtain a full refund of deposit.
Alterations will not be made to any Birthday Party Packages that would
change it’s configuration to an extent where package options
will be added, deleted or interchanged with other package options.
Scheduled event must not infringe or delay any subsequent Birthday
Party or reserving event, or disrupt the normal operations of KEYSTONE
CINEMAS in a manner that will inconvenience the theatre patrons, employees,
or schedule.
* "Per guest" includes children and adults attending the
party.
