Cinemas is proud to offer several unique accommodations for
your business needs. We can customize your business meetings
to match several choices available within our facility. We have
two different sized party rooms with kitchenettes which seat
from 12 to 35 guests as well as our movie auditoriums which
can service from 100 to 200 guests.
Use
of Keystone Cinemas facilities for business meetings are flexible
and will be scheduled around the needs of our customers. We
generally charge for the use of our facility by an "on
the hour" basis and prefer to schedule business meetings
to occur outside our normal movie viewing schedule. The hourly
fee will depend upon several factors including: number of guests,
audiovisual needs, private screenings, catering needs, etc.
The date and time of your meeting will have the greatest effect
on your overall package price. If the size of your group requires
the use of one of our auditoriums, and the scheduled meeting
time is during our normal movie schedule, a higher fee will
be incurred.
CATERING
for your business meeting is available upon request. It can
range from “popcorn and a drink” to a fully catered
meal. [Alcohol is not permitted on our premises at any time]
Microphones,
DVD playback, Slide show, and Powerpoint Presentations capability
are available upon request.
All
business packages and / or room reservations must be made at
least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. All reservations
must be made in person along with a minimum CASH deposit in
the amount of $100.00 dollars paid at the time of the reservation.
[Your deposit will be deducted from your final total.]
Final
payment for all Business Meeting reservations are due in full
on the same day of your scheduled meeting. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
TAXES.
Acceptable
forms of final payment includes and is limited to: cash, personalized
checks with appropriate identification, company / corporate
checks, or money orders. Final payment must be made in one (1)
transaction with one (1) payment type.
Cancellation
of scheduled event must be made at least one week in advance
in order to obtain a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made
less then one week will forfeit a minimum of 50% of your deposit.
RESERVING
PATRON AGREES TO THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH KEYSTONE CINEMAS, BUSINESS PACKAGES AS OUTLINED
ABOVE.
